What's changed?

The Good Work Plan by, the Department for BEIS has amended the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the "Conduct Regulations"), It is now required that we provide a key information document to all agency workers.

If you begin working with us after April 6th 2020 we will send you a key information document which will confirm the specific vendor set up you have chosen and detail all deductions that will be taken from your pay, and the gross amount that will in turn be passed to you.

What is their purpose?

These documents do not include all relevant contractual information.

Below are links to key information documents for all three vendor setups that we can work within. These documents contain generic information and examples to show you what your pay would look like depending on which vendor you choose.

You can also contact the Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate, which is the government authority responsible for the enforcement of certain agency worker rights. You can raise a concern with them directly on 020 7215 5000 or through the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1100, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
